Phase 01
Foundational introspection.
Before we build a school list, draft a single essay or talk strategy, we start with you. Phase 01 is structured introspection with your consultant, to reach a clear, specific answer to the question every admissions committee is really asking: why this, why now, why you.
Most applicants treat this as a formality and rush to the essays. The strongest candidates slow down here, because a clear sense of self makes everything downstream sharper, faster and more authentic.
Get to the real "why MBA" and map your arc
We work backwards from the decision itself, testing your motivations to separate what sounds good from what's true and defensible. Then we connect three things cleanly: where you've been, the choices that brought you here, and the specific output you expect an MBA to produce. You leave able to articulate why an MBA is the right step now, and the right vehicle for where you're headed.
Master the MBA way of thinking, through workshops
There's a universal way of thinking that strong candidates share, and it can be taught. In our foundational workshops you learn these frameworks collectively, alongside other applicants, so your 1-on-1 time is spent on strategy and refinement, not the basics. You enter every later phase already fluent in how committees read, evaluate and reward an application.

With your foundational knowledge in place, you build your core application materials. Two cornerstone workshops, led by Rajdeep Chimni, set the standard for every piece of content that follows.

Resume Workshop
Construct a powerful resume that highlights your professional growth, key achievements and strategic impact. The session introduces the 'Level 4 Impact' framework: a method for identifying your core professional pillars and reframing operational duties as strategic, measurable contributions that stand out to admissions committees.
Workshop 2 · Rajdeep Chimni
Goals Workshop
Articulate your short-term and long-term career aspirations clearly, persuasively and with genuine conviction. You learn a structured method for developing three distinct goals-essay options, each with a compelling hook, credibility-building anecdotes and clearly defined short-term and long-term career trajectories.
Phase 03
School-specific application workshops.
With your resume and goals finalized, the engagement moves into focused execution, combining workshop insight with highly personalized drafting. Sessions in this phase are led by our partners, Rajdeep Chimni and Nisha Kaul, and our senior consultant, Simar Ahluwalia, who bring deep school-specific expertise covering each program's culture, essay prompts and LOR strategy.
